Physical activity is not only good for your body, it is also great for your mind. Being active releases chemicals in your brain that naturally makes you feel good. Exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression and negative mood, hence helping with self-esteem and cognitive function.
A strong body builds a strong mind and a good spirit. Our workshop's objective is to work on basic strength, agility and body control among other components. By improving the control of their body and flexibility, it can reduce the risk of injuries in daily life.

A big benefit of the Rock workshops are the small group classes. We plan to accommodate maximum of 8 students per class, ensuring each student receives the personal attention they deserve. This also helps set individual target skills which will helps students succeed.
Certainly not! Students do not have to purchase additional equipment for this workshop, everything will be included in the workshop fee. All you need to bring is yourself and a positive mindset!
